Foot Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: St James, London (4 sites)
Call Out: 1 in 15 rota
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Foot Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, covering four prestigious sites in the St James area of London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all sites
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report findings
- Participate in a 1 in 15 call-out rota to provide out-of-hours support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical building services maintenance (commercial environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, pumps, valves, and general mechanical plant
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Foot mobile – must be comfortable travelling between sites on foot or via public transport
Benefits:
