Role SummaryWe are on an exciting journey at MGF and we're recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team, based at our Head Office in Ashton in Makerfield.The role will support the Head of Marketing in shaping and delivering strategic marketing initiatives while managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns. We’re looking for someone with around 4-6 years of experience who is ready to step into a more senior position, contributing to both tactical delivery and strategic input.You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, R&D, Product Management, the People Team, and the wider marketing team to help position and strengthen the MGF brand across our target audiences. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Head of Marketing on campaign strategy and planning.Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Support and mentor junior marketing team members.Act as a guardian of MGF’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.Work cross-functionally to deliver engaging campaigns and product launches aligned with business objectives.Create and manage thought leadership content, social media, email marketing, and website updates.Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as needed. Essential Skills & Experience4-6 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B.Marketing degree, CIM Level 6, or equivalent experience.Strong project management and organisational skills.Confident in briefing and reviewing creative work.Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, CMS, email platforms).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Skills & ExperienceExperience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
