Warehouse Operative – Class 1 / Shunter – Night Shift
Pay: £132 per shift
Temporary to Permanent
Location: Tamworth
Hours: 8:00pm – 4:30am (Night Shift)
Requirements
Class 1 licence or Shunting Licence (essential).
Counterbalance licence (essential).
Reach Truck licence (desirable).
Key Responsibilities
Safely load and unload vehicles using a PDA system for tracking.
Shunt vehicles between the main yard and the overflow yard.
Operate a pump truck to move goods and load/unload trailers.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth and safe warehouse operations.
Follow health & safety guidelines at all times.
Ideal Candidate
Punctual, conscientious, and hardworking.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
