We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Support Administrator to join our vibrant and dedicated Quality Support team.

The Role: The Quality Support Administrator will offer frontline support to care homes and internal key customers, such as the wider Quality Governance team. They are responsible for maintaining databases and information systems, ensuring the data held is up to date and accurate for the Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support in the day-to-day maintenance and updating of spreadsheets and information systems
The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Collate and distribute data and information from our services and External sources when appropriate
Book venues for meetings and ensure appropriate equipment and refreshments are available
Book travel, accommodation, and update Outlook diaries as and when requested
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and react to business-critical requests appropriately
What We're Looking For:
Experience within customer focus roles
Familiar to being the first point of contact
Proficient in MS Office
