We’re now looking for a Commercial Controller to join our Finance team – a high-impact role partnering directly with the Operations Director for the North Division.

The Role: As Commercial Controller, you will lead the commercial partnering and performance support for one of our key operational divisions. This is a strategic, role where you’ll be guiding divisional plans, challenging performance, and ensuring the commercial strategy is impactful. You will also play an active role in supporting business transformation, investment evaluations, and strategic performance improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Leading financial planning and divisional budgeting processes
Supporting pricing and revenue management strategy across the division
Evaluating investment and new home opportunities
Leading forecasting and performance reviews
Partnering with senior stakeholders, including presenting to CEO, CFO and COO
Managing relationships with external stakeholders such as Welltower

What We're Looking For:

5+ years’ PQE or relevant business experience
Significant business partnering experience at Ops Director level or equivalent
Experience leading budgeting and forecasting in a multi-site environment
Strong analytical and modelling skills, with expert use of Excel
