Do you share our ambition to make our public transport network the safest in the world? Would you like the opportunity to help deliver this for our customers and staff? If you’re looking for a new role and are passionate about public safety and customer service this could be the role for you!

Your Role:

This will include supporting contract management for the TravelSafe Support and Enforcement Officers (TSEOs), looking at data to identify trends and hotspots to inform staff patrols and organising joint operational deployments with other partner agencies, in particular Greater Manchester Police. The role will be varied with the opportunity to get involved in other areas of the team including education, customer engagement and wider organisational resilience activity.

This is hybrid role where you will be expected to work in the office or at another location across the Bee Network estate for 2 days per week. There will be periodic requirements to work outside of normal office hours, including evenings and weekends to support operations or incident response.
