What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Thames Water Framework and will take a lead on the control of information flow between all parties, provide an initial quality control check of the documentation and to assist with handover activities. Interpreting the clients close out procedures and governance processes to ensure the effective delivery and takeover, achieving customer satisfaction and commercial success.
Your day to day will include:
-Ensure documents are controlled effectively using the project document management system, as well as day to day management and main point of contact of the document management system (ISO9001)
-Assist in developing the document management system to meet the requirements of the business (ISO9001) and provide training on the document control system as required
-Identify and prepare new document control business processes to apply within the Handover Team and make recommendations regarding business efficiencies
-Keep up to date with document control processes and technologies that could assist the business and facilitate the flow of information between the Client, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Kier Project Team
-Act as Software Superuser, where applicable, on both Client and internal systems
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Information Coordinator is great for you if:
-Have good knowledge of digital delivery tools (TWEXnet / BC Assure / ViewPoint / Microsoft Office / Teams)
-Diverse and clear communication skills with experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, sub-contractors, and the wider supply chain.
-Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment.
- Competent experience with EDMS, Viewpoint For Projects preferred.
-Competence with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
