We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised individual to join our team at Clevedon School as a Receptionist/Administration Support. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of our school’s front office and providing a welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As Receptionist/Administration Support, you will:
Greet visitors and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.
Provide efficient administrative support to school staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Undertake filing, photocopying, and general office duties.
Support the safeguarding team by cross-referencing the Single Central Record (SCR).
Promote health, safety, and security in the workplace.
What You’ll Bring to Futura
We are looking for someone who:
Has a good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above).
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Is highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
Has good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and MS Office.
Operates with integrity and is committed to professional development.
Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting a team.
Experience in a front-of-house role or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
