Your new role is:
As a Senior Manager for Market Data Services, you'll lead a team of 14 on-site employees, managing complex procurement and vendor negotiations for a client based near Liverpool Street. This role is pivotal in shaping market data strategy, nurturing client relationships and driving operational excellence as the company evolves through 2026.You'll spend 2 days per week on the client site and 2 days in the head office. The client environment is undergoing process transformation, requiring strong oversight, leadership, and adaptability.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will need to be a self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong leadership presence, as well as proven experience managing teams and delivering results in a vendor or market data environment. You will need to be able to influence stakeholders and have great negotiation skills.Also, the ability to navigate complex procurement processes, including sourcing and contract management. Experience with operational tasks such as invoicing, business analysis, and compliance is a plus. Comfortable working in a hybrid model and adapting to evolving client needs.Charisma, personality, and the ability to inspire and lead effectively are a must have.
