Deputy Nurse Manager – £50,000
Hours: 42 per week – predominantly Monday–Friday, with some flexibility.

This is a predominantly Monday–Friday, supernumerary position (42 hours per week) with occasional clinical shifts and participation in the on-call rota. What You’ll Bring
- NMC Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Working alongside the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home.
- Providing hands-on clinical leadership to ensure safe, person-centred care.
- Guiding and developing a talented team of nurses and carers.
- Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements.
- Conducting audits, reviewing care plans, and leading staff supervisions.
- Creating a positive, inclusive culture for residents, relatives, and colleagues alike.
- Stepping into a clinical role when needed to ensure seamless care delivery.
