Summary
Our excellent client, who are global market leaders in their field, are looking for a Management Accountant to join their large, friendly team in Ross-on-Wye on a full-time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating financial planning activities and resource allocation oversight.
- Managing corporate-level financial documentation and ledger processes.
- Overseeing financial operations and reporting at the business unit level.
- Handling internal cross-entity expense allocations and reconciliations.
- Attending and contributing to departmental budget review sessions.
- Reviewing and authorising product/service quality reimbursement cases.
- Monitoring and guiding the lifecycle of quality-related compensation processes.
Key Attributes
- Previous finance/accounts experience essential.
- Team player attitude.
- Computer literate.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexibility in start and finish times + 50/50 hybrid working model.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (negotiable depending on experience) + Excellent benefits package including:
