The successful applicant will be motivated to provide high quality care to our patients. The candidate will need to have drive and determination in regards to their own personal development, whilst using their own creative and innovative ideas to support the continuous development of this exciting team. The patients journey is guided by psychological formulation of his or her presenting needs and difficulties, which subsequently inform the development of a plan of care for the patient. We draw from evidence-based interventions to provide high quality and effective individual and workshop treatments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone either ready to take the next step or who is almost ready for the next step in their career. As a Band 5-6 you will be supported to achieve a core set of competencies over a 12-24 month period. Upon successful completion you will progress to a Band 6. We are also supportive of further learning and development via training opportunities.
