Key Responsibilities Analyse falls incident data and identify trends for action Design and lead targeted quality improvement initiatives Deliver staff training, coaching, and workshops on safe practices Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership Develop and update policies, guidelines, and audit tools Engage with patients and carers to understand root causes and improve outcomes Support in the creation of key EPR Dashboards What Were Looking For Registered health professional (e.g., nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist) Experience or interest in patient safety, clinical governance, or QI projects Skilled communicator with excellent analytical thinking Working knowledge of NHS incident reporting systems Enthusiastic about leading change and influencing culture Working Pattern: 15 hours per week Interview Date: To be confirmed For further information please contact: Tina Jones, Lead for Quality & Safety, Surgery on tina.jones5@nhs.net or Nicky Green, Clinical Matron, Healthcare for Older People on nicola.green8@nhs.net This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.
