For full details about this varied and rewarding role, please see the attached job description, but some of the responsibilities include: To contribute to the team leadership of the front door and frailty team managing, supervising and developing staff members within the team and wider therapies services. To provide and develop a high standard of Occupational Therapy services in the Front door and Frailty specialties. To manage a caseload of patients independently, implementing standerdised and non-standerdised interventions and principles, alongside balancing non clinical duties in a flexible and responsive manner. To work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to promote independence and to facilitate a safe, timely and appropriate discharge. To contribute to clinical audit and service development, working with senior team members, professional leads, and Head of Therapies. To be a role model for the profession of Occupational Therapy, both within and outside the Trust, through the demonstration of the Trust values; Respectful, Compassionate and Excellent
