Crynodeb
The post holder will coordinate the administrative pathway of patients to ensure that waiting time targets are not breached. The post-holder is also to be involved in service improvement to streamline the patient journey and ensure that the trust delivers a quality service and gold standard patient care. The role will involve working with a range of staff across the entire organisation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly are essential.
