Job responsibilities * Manage the development of Standard Operating Procedures/technical documentation in the area of focus for this role. * Determine the cause of escalated software or hardware problems, arrive at a solution and implement appropriate actions to remedy for all users. * Support other teams within Sussex to deliver connectivity elements of projects
