As an advanced clinical pharmacist in LYPFT, you will deliver advanced clinical pharmacy and medicines related care to service users with mental illness, learning disabilities and substance misuse problems. At LYPFT we have a range of general and specialist mental health services including inpatient Adult and Older Peoples, Forensic, Recovery and Rehabilitation and community psychiatric care to the population of Leeds, forensic and CAMHS services to the population of York and tertiary specialist services such as Child and Young Peoples Service, Yorkshire Centre for Eating disorders and the National Inpatient Centre for Psychological Medicine. About YouWe are looking for a pharmacist who: Is passionate about improving outcomes for older adults and people with dementia. Has experience working in secondary care, ideally in mental health settings. Demonstrates strong clinical knowledge, organisational abilities, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Is committed to continual professional development and is eager to expand their clinical and managerial expertise.
