Position DescriptionAs Head Teacher, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team, promoting professional growth and high standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading a student-centred approach, ensuring all students receive tailored support.

Strategically developing the curriculum to promote academic achievement, personal growth, and life skills.

Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.

Advocating for students with special educational needs, promoting awareness and best practices.

Managing resources effectively to create a safe and inclusive environment.

Driving continuous improvement through data and feedback.

Developing staff through training and coaching to improve engagement.
We are seeking a candidate with:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial experience in a senior leadership role.

Experience working with young people with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviour.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

A strategic mindset to balance educational vision with operational demands.

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Further qualifications in educational leadership or special educational needs are desirable.

Outer London Leadership Pay Scale L21-L27 (£85,396 - £98,280).
