Job Introduction
As a Multi Skilled TeamLeaderatIBFSevington, Ashford, Kent.
You will play a critical role inmaintaining a secure, safe, and positive environment for all employees,visitors, and clients. This position requires a dependable individual who canremain alert, enforce site protocols, and respond effectively to varioussituations. You’ll be a visible presence on site, combining vigilance withexcellent customer service to support Sodexo’s commitment to operationalexcellence and safety.
- Keep the site safe, secure, and compliant through patrols and monitoring
- Be the main point of contact for security on-site
- Lead the security team during shifts when needed
- Work closely with the Shift Operations Lead to keep things running smoothly
- Help plan staffing and manage resources
- Run practice drills to stay ready for emergencies
- Set clear reporting and escalation procedures
- Communicate with stakeholders and the CCTV control room
- Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and improvement
What YouWill Bring:
- Valid SIA Guarding and CCTV licences
- Experience leading and managing security teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically capable of safe manual handling, following training and guidelines
- Confident with numbers and IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills; stays calm under pressure
- Flexible with working hours and duties, including unsociable shifts
