The Role – Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people with complex disabilities:

Live independently in their own homes or our small, adapted residential settings.
Access the community and enjoy activities such as shopping trips, cinema visits, football matches, themed days, and more.
Receive personal care, support with mobility, medication, dressing, house work, laundry and mealtimes.
Build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.
What We Offer

£12.60/hr (up to £23,650 p.a. pro rata)
£13.23/hr nightshift rate
Fully funded SVQ qualification (yours for life)
Permanent contracts: 16, 19, 24, 26, 31.5, or 36 hrs/week
Rolling rotas so you always know your shifts
32 days’ holiday (increasing to 37 with service)

About You

Experience preferred but not essential — full training provided.
Drivers preferred but non-drivers welcome (outing costs covered).

Location: Dunfermline (KY12 8DP) & Rosyth (KY11 2DF)
Various shift patterns available: dayshifts (typically 7am-2.45pm), backshifts (typically 2pm-10pm), nightshifts (typically 10pm-7am), over 7 days on rolling rotas with weekend only or relief/bank positions available too, there is something for everyone!
This role does not qualify for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
