Our well-established, family run client based in Evesham, who are one of the largest businesses in the region for supplying to the retail market, are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their friendly and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to join a company who employ staff that have remained long term!
The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management across a multisite facility, be self-motivated and able to communicate with people at all levels.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee facilities management of all business properties working with approved budgets
-Ensure all properties, assets and documentation complies with regulatory requirements
-Work closely with finance and payroll regarding rental income
-Responsible for ensuring all teams are aware of health and safety standards and policies
-Work with local authorities regarding legislation, audits and planning applications
-Ensure all contractors are operating to the required standards to meet the business requirements
-Manage capital and operating budgets in line with the business policies and procedures
-Implement best practices for waste and energy services across the business
Hours - Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5:00pm
Salary – up to £40,000 depending on experience + free onsite parking
