We are looking for a driven sales representative who can deliver on targets and expand our business in the world of fashion. You must have previous experience in the clothing industry.
We are one of the UK top providers of knitwear and leisurewear, and supply the UK's leading High Street retailers.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
Location: Leicester, (Nationwide travel may be required)
Employment Type: Full-time

Serving a wide spectrum of the fashion industry, we support start-ups with brand development, undertake contract manufacturing for high-street retailers, and supply our own in-house brands, which are updated weekly and available to small and medium-sized retail stores year-round.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our B2B customer base, specifically focusing on independent retailers, boutiques, and store groups. You will be the key link between our product offerings and our retail partners—building relationships, showcasing samples, and securing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers, including independent shop owners and store groups.
Proactively reach out to prospective new clients via calls, visits, and digital communication - making warm and cold sales calls.
Present and promote our latest collections using physical samples and digital tools.
Attend and represent the company at UK-based trade shows, networking and generating new business leads.
Monitor customer feedback and buying trends to inform internal product development.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the fashion, clothing, or wholesale sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client-facing roles and presenting collections in person.
Ability to travel within the UK for customer visits and trade shows.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive and professional attitude.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
