GP Partner Exciting Opportunity at Expanding Cotswold Practice Phoenix Health Group is looking for a half time partner (3.5 sessions) to join our happy and thriving practice in Cirencester. Our goal is to provide excellent clinical care to our community and enjoy our time at work. We have a positive and supportive team with a happy and welcoming approach. GP workload is supported by a range of Allied Health professionals including our in-house practice pharmacy team, 4 urgent care practitioners and practice nursing team who manage our chronic disease patients. We also have a dedicated team of frailty nurses, and nursing home matrons to help manage our elderly and housebound patients. Systems in place to streamline administrative tasks via a team of skilled care coordinators. Minimal use of locums due to in-house floating salaried GP. Our in-house specialities include minor surgery, dermoscopy, LARC fitting, specialist menopause and womens health clinic, joint injections, acupuncture. We are a training practice and are involved in a successful research programme. A well organised Practice with a stable team; many of us have been working here for years. Friends and Family scores consistently above 95%. Surgeries in Cirencester, South Cerney, Kemble, and Tetbury. Total list size 24,600 and growing. 12 x GP Partners and 3 Salaried GPs. Dispensing in Tetbury and Kemble. Monthly PLTs for support, daily clinical coffee for the whole team, Friday Partners lunches. Additional information: Our patients come from a varied demographic.
