Supported Living - Adults with Complex Needs
IMMEDIATE STARTS | FLEXIBLE SHIFTS | TEMPORARY COVER

Are you a compassionate and experienced Support Worker looking for flexible shifts in the Weymouth area?

We are recruiting male and female support staff to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs, including:

  • Autism

  • Learning Disabilities

  • Cerebral Palsy

  • Wheelchair Users

  • Other associated conditions

You'll be working in a supported living environment, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every aspect of daily life.

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced support workers (at least 6 months' relevant experience)

  • Understanding of complex care needs

  • Confident in manual handling and personal care

  • Drivers preferred (but not essential)

  • Reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure
