Crynodeb
Provide person centred care to a young woman with complex needs including medical needs. This job will include personal care domestic duties , medication management and administration, emotional support, educational support, social support, physical help to use and transfer from and to wheelchair, assistance to participate in activities education and social and leisure, promote independence where possible and assistance with cooking , along with many other appropriate tasks in line with the clients wishes and needs.
