About the Role

Are you a dedicated Qualified Teacher with a passion for special education? This is a rewarding opportunity to join an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" school that provides exceptional education for children with autism aged 4-19.

We are looking for a collaborative and innovative teacher to join our supportive team. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering a dynamic curriculum, using your expertise in behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement to help every pupil reach their full potential. This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about continuous professional growth, with access to fully funded training and development, including behaviour analysis qualifications and a Masters-level programme.

Key Skills and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teaching & Learning Status (QTLS).

• Note: For Early Career Teachers (ECTs), a minimum of 1 year of a supported induction process in a mainstream setting is required.

Experience working with pupils with autism using behaviour analysis and positive reinforcement. Proficiency in data collection and analysis to develop tailored support plans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons. A proven understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Experience within the UK school system and familiarity with the National Curriculum. A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. • Reports to: Lead Teacher and Co-Headteacher
• Working Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45am - 4:45pm
• Tuesday: 8:45am - 5:30pm
• Friday: 8:45am - 4:30pm
