About the Role: As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations.
You'll be responsible for:
- Processing high volumes of invoices with accuracy and speed
- Supporting payment runs, payroll, and BACS transactions
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Using finance systems and Excel to manage data and deadlines
- Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries
This is a fast-paced role where your attention to detail and structured approach will help maintain financial integrity and support wider organisational goals.
About YouWe're looking for someone who brings:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grade C or above
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable function
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets
- A methodical, organised mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles
