Hays are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst on behalf of a local council. This role is to support the service desk team during a large-scale migration project from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Due to the nature of the work, this will be an on-site role, paying £150 per day.
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in:
- Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration
- Laptop replacement and setup with Windows 11
- VPN configuration and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Intune
- Active Directory
