We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to work on a Civil Engineering scheme.
This is a civil engineering project in Invergordon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on the scheme
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, making safety a top priority.
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated workers, driving them towards project success.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Monitor project progress, providing timely reports to higher authorities.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to uphold the highest standards of workmanship.
- Problem-solve on-the-fly to overcome challenges and keep the project on schedule.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination.
Requirements:
- Gold CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- A commitment to safety, both for workers and the public.
