We are looking for a General Practitioner with Extended Role in Dermatology (GPwER) to join our new clinic in the heart of Wimbledon. This will be the first of our innovative Spire Clinics programme, looking to open clinics offering a range of healthcare services in cities and towns across the UK. The successful candidate will be GMC registered with a valid license to practice and demonstrate considerable experience in Dermatology within a community setting and ideally a private healthcare setting. You will be confident with minor dermatological procedures and management of chronic skin conditions with a commitment to clinical excellence and working in a patient centred environment.

The role will be on a self-employed bases seeing self-funding patients with a wide range of skin conditions, earning a share of all consultations and treatments carried out. You will be supported by a professional on-site administration team and Health Care Assistant, and work alongside a talented multi-disciplinary team, including General Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultants and Podiatrists. You will have access to a Consultant Dermatologist for clinical queries and support. Our marketing team will work closely with the successful candidate to promote the service locally.

As a GP with extended role, you will have the opportunity to provide first class care to patients, carrying out consultations and minor operation procedures within the clinic. The successful candidate will be a driven and dynamic clinician who wants to be part of building a thriving private dermatology service for patients.
