We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, who is proficient in all Microsoft applications. This position would suit someone looking for a full and varied position, with the ability to work autonomously, and adapt to changing priorities. Understanding of NHS governance structures and processes is desirable but not essential. The post holder will have access to the relevant training.
The post will involve effective time management, managing schedules and leave arrangements ensuring appropriate and timely communications with all relevant personnel; arranging meetings/events; composing and transcribing minutes proactively ensuring action points are raised and completed; preparation of correspondence and reports; effective management of the office by establishing and maintaining efficient manual and electronic correspondence and documentation management systems; ensuring office equipment and stationery levels and assessment/referral paperwork is maintained, processing orders as required.

As CWPS Quality and Governance Administrator the post holder will provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the Network Quality and Improvement Manager and Quality Team, to maintain and develop an effective quality management system across CWPS. Which incorporates clinical governance and risk management. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for the administration of both Q-Pulse (the Pathology networks quality management system) and Datix systems across the individual Trusts.
