Are you a registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker looking to be part of a motivated,professional,and committedmulti-disciplinaryteam. The Early Intervention Service who workswith individuals who have a range of psychosis related problemsare looking for a Practitionerto join.
As a practitioner you willbe responsible forthe assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care for a defined caseload of patients, age 14-65 years with regular supervision and guidance from a designated supervisor.You willbepersonally responsible and professionally accountable for a service user caseload within the community, focusing on service users with or suspected of having a First Episode Psychosis. Provideahigh-quality care and treatment in conjunction with other professionals through the Trust’s agreed multi-disciplinary assessment and treatment care programme.
This is a full time Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 role based at HillcrestEnsburyPark,part time applications would be considered with opportunities for flexible working. Being a driver is essential for this role.

You will promoteandparticipatein the multi-disciplinary assessment and development of treatment/care programmes and reviews.
Administration of medication, ensuring compliance with nursing responsibilities under the Medicines Act (1971), the local care of Drugs policy and other relevant Trust clinical procedures (according to clinical registration).
Act as a Care Co-ordinator and fully implement and adhereto the Trust policies on Integrated CPA and Risk Assessment.
Deliver in the provision of specialist interventions i.e. Family Interventions or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for PsychosisCBTp(according to skills).
