Crynodeb
The NDORS Call Taker role is essential in assisting motorists undertaking an education course. Courses are done in classroom and on-line and require a positive and helpful person to guide them through the booking process and the on-line logging on process. The role also supports the wider Camera Enforcement team in managing letters sent to motorists as well as other necessary admin duties as required.

For each of the criteria, please write a paragraph detailing how your experience, qualifications, skills and abilities meet the minimum criteria for the role.
