To use evidence-based practice and outcome measures, which encompass clinical risk and need. Assist in the planning and day to day organisation of the clinical area and deliver the service according to departmental and professional standards To organise, prioritise and manage own delegated caseload. Works as an integrated member of the wider MFT Be responsible for own personal education and experiential learning and maintain a development portfolio. To provide and receive clinical supervision and engage in feedback. To sign off all relevant competency frameworks in dysphagia and communication. Support clinical governance and quality agenda within SLT department. Promote equality in care and respect and meet the needs of individuals.
