Thera East is looking for a passionate Deputy Care Support Manager to help lead person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities. Perfect for experienced Senior Support Workers or Care Coordinators ready for the next step.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support care teams on shift
Deliver and model outstanding, person-led support
Help manage rotas, care plans, and quality audits
Support the Service Manager and step in as needed
Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion
What You’ll Bring:
Level 3+ Health & Social Care qualification
Strong knowledge of learning disabilities and care standards
Leadership or mentoring experience
Confident with digital tools and care systems
A flexible, hands-on approach
