Summary
We’re looking for relief cleaning team members to join us! Working across Pembrokeshire, you will be working on your own and as part of a team to support our clients in a gentle, respectful way.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Working on your own and alongside other team members during client sessions
- Helping clients with cleaning, tidying, and gentle decluttering
- Supporting clients experiencing executive dysfunction, burnout, or trauma-related overwhelm to have a clean and tidy home
- Being a calm, friendly presence - never rushing, never judging
- Deep cleaning properties alongside other team members
- Completing weekly/fortnightly/monthly cleans
What We’re Looking For:
✅ You’re patient, practical, and emotionally aware
✅ You're an ace cleaner from previous cleaning experience
✅ You work well in a team and follow plans with flexibility
✅ You’re respectful in complex or sensitive environments
✅ You’re physically able to manage deep cleaning/lifting tasks
✅ You’re open to learning about neurodivergent and trauma-informed support

- Pay rate £13.50/hour
- Flexible hours
- Driving licence and own transport required
- A basic DBS check will be required
- We require the start date to be in September
