OH Medical is currently looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client and their in-house OH team located in Dronfield on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working as an Occupational Health Advisor, your duties will include:
- Deliver OH services, including pre-employment checks and health surveillance to ensure fitness for work.
- Support HR with recruitment by assessing fitness to work.
- Assist with absence management, phased returns, and reasonable adjustments.
- Provide mental health support and referrals where appropriate.
- Promote health and wellbeing initiatives across the site.
- Support the ongoing development of the OH service.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with Occupational Health experience.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and their practical application.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven capability in managing occupational health initiatives within a manufacturing or food production environment.

For this role, you can expect to earn up to £48,000 per annum, plus benefits that include:
