Do you want to be part of a fun & exciting team? We are arguably the best smokehouse in the UK if not the world supplying the top tier chefs and restaurants with smoked fish.
At Secret Smokehouse, you’ll work directly in and as part of the production team and kitchen. Always maintaining high hygiene standards in the creation of ready to eat products.
As a kitchen & production assistant, you are expected to:
⁃ Assist in production: curing, smoking, pin-boning, slicing and packing of smoked fish (training provided!)
⁃ Have good communication skills
⁃ Willing to learn
⁃ Work well as a team
⁃ Basic kitchen skills
⁃ Work in an organised and efficient manner,
⁃ Maintaining high hygiene standards,
⁃ Punctual
In return:

Depending on the age & experience hourly rate vary. Each individual application will be looked at on a case by case and discussed at the interview stage.
