About Us:
We are a long standing, very established friendly Hair Salon based in the Malvern area. Our ethos is to deliver exceptional customer service to our loyal client base. Our staff are a mix of self employed and employed Hair Stylists working effectively as one team.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Hair Stylist would be:
•Offer proactive creative stylist services to all clients.
•Conducting consultations and understanding client requirements.
•Build effective relationships with clients to ensure longevity.
•Ensure the salon is always clean and tidy.
•Working as part of a team you will be a strong communicator and team player.
Requirements:
•Strong expertise in a wide range of hair services (level 3)
•Creativity and strong attention to detail
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic
Benefits:
•Paid salary with an hourly rate of up to £18.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
•28 days holiday (pro rata) including Bank holidays
•Flexible hours to suit your needs ie (School hours/or full days per week 1-5 days
•On street parking directly outside the salon
