Your role and responsibilities
Are you financially aware, motivated, and ready to make a difference? In this role, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a proactive and efficient billing and debt collection service for ASC (Adult Social Care) customers. From processing financial documents to resolving customer queries at first contact, your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will shine. You will engage directly with customers to discuss outstanding debts, arrange payment plans, and secure payments - making a real impact on people’s lives. With every interaction, you will utilise your skills to process financial documents and key data, updating internal databases and other IT systems to ensure accurate record keeping. If you are organised, driven, and have a head for numbers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You will need
- experience of working in a financial situation
- excellent attention to detail
- to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate great communication skills.

The team
- We provide a billing service for ASC Debt, producing invoices and chasing any debts that are unpaid. We are a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic team who are committed to a high standard of customer care and service delivery.
- Our team office days are usually on Mondays &Thursdays and every 4 weeks on a Friday. Additionally, we practice hybrid working.
