Key Requirements:
• 7–10 years of professional software development experience, preferably in senior or lead roles.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.
• Proven ability to architect, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and event-driven systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams such as Product, QA, UX, and DevOps.
• Willingness and ability to dedicate 30–40% of your time writing and reviewing code while supporting architectural direction and team mentoring.
Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases, especially DynamoDB.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerisation technologies such as Docker.
• Understanding of observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog or Grafana.
• Exposure to caching and search technologies like Redis or Elasticsearch.
• Experience working in fast-paced, zero-to-one product development and rapid prototyping environments.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats across development, DevOps, and product ownership.
• Experience in GPS/mobility services is a strong plus.
