Are you a Qualified Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs? Join our client's dedicated team of One-to-One Tutors in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, and embark on a fulfilling career path that allows you to utilise your skills and expertise to support students who require individualised attention and care.

As a One-to-One Tutor, you will work closely with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Social, Emotional, and Mental Difficulties (SEMD), and medical needs. Your role will be to provide personalised teaching and support, tailoring your approach to meet the unique requirements of each student. By fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, you will help these students overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent), recognising the value and importance of your work. The position is part-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, during term-time only. Flexible working arrangements are available to accommodate your personal commitments and ensure a healthy work-life balance.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity and adaptability in designing engaging and accessible lesson plans
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the well-being and progress of each student
