Summary
This is a Fixed Term contract for 18 months
About the role
This role sits within our Digital Transformation team, supporting service improvement through policy and procedure development, technical support, and quality assurance.
You will work across the service to ensure our operations are efficient, safe, and aligned with best practice, making a real impact on how we deliver for Rochdale.
About you
You will be a proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a passion for service improvement.
You will bring experience in writing and monitoring policies and procedures, working collaboratively, and supporting digital change.
