Summary
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Financial Services Administrator to support our Director/Manager across a range of client cases and compliance tasks. This is a hands-on role covering end-to-end administration for financial products and services, ensuring processes are efficient, accurate, and fully compliant with FCA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Director/Manager with case administration and compliance, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
* Administer client cases from application through to completion, including gathering documentation, submitting applications, and tracking progress.
* Liaise with clients, product providers, lenders, insurers, and third parties, maintaining excellent relationships and service standards.
* Maintain accurate records and case notes using our CRM and other software systems.
* Proactively progress applications, chase updates, and keep all parties informed in a timely manner.
* Prepare and proofread client documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via phone and email.
* Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and FCA guidelines.
About You
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Financial Services Administration or Compliance Administration role (essential).
* Strong understanding of financial services processes and compliance principles.
* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner and strong written skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfortable working with CRMs.
* A team player with initiative, accountability, and a positive, committed attitude.
* Enthusiastic about contributing to a small, growing company and supporting its success.
