About the Role
The External Funding & Contracts function procures and manages all of the college’s subcontracted delivery, identifies funding opportunities and supports the college to prepare strong proposals to secure external funding.
The External Funding & Contracts function works with curriculum and support departments to ensure the effectively delivery of funded projects and programmes,
Role Responsibilities
Support to the contract management of external funded projects, playing a key role in the operation of EPNE projects/contracts.
Efficient and effective customer and administrative support service to EPNE, particularly in relation to externally funded projects and contract delivery
Contribute to the achievement of a customer focused department and provide an appropriate and responsive service to customers both internal and external.
Maintain good communications with project delivery staff, project funders, delivery partners and participants including via face to face/online meetings, email
Respond to a range of enquiries from external and internal customers including telephone, email
Provide customer support to project funders, delivery partners and participants, College staff and learners
Maintain good communications with project delivery staff, project funders, delivery partners and participants including via face to face/online meetings, email
Work flexibly to cover services including potential local travel to EPNE campuses, partner sites, project delivery locations.
Have a flexible approach to working cross-functionally / cross-departmentally to meet the needs of a wide range of customers.
Assist in compiling data and claims on a regular basis as required, working with learner/participant data and financial information.
Support external funding and contract compliance and audit including management of project and learner files, records and data.
Ensure compliance with funding rules/funder requirements,
Qualifications
Level 3
Level 3 Maths and English
Essential Skills & Experience.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
