We are looking for an Data Operator who is friendly, proactive, and organised — someone who communicates clearly and takes pride in supporting others. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping every learner feel welcome and informed from the very start of their journey with us.

About the Role
To help with an expanding team in a busy office. The role involves Data Input and General Admin Tasks.
We ask that you have excellent customer service and administration skills, are a good team player, a quick learner, and able to offer an outstanding service to our students and stakeholders.

Process Completions and Withdrawals
Work closely with other Team Members and the wider Team
Qualifications
GCSE English and Maths A* - C Grades
Level 3 Business Admin
Proficient IT skills
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to represent the College Group
Excellent attention to detail
