Your responsibilities will include: Receptionist & Front-of-House RoleProvide a professional, welcoming service to visitors, parents/carers, students, and contractors.Manage the school switchboard, direct calls, and take accurate messages.Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and emails.Monitor building access, issue visitor badges, and maintain sign-in records.Support students with late arrivals, early departures, and punctuality logs.Display up-to-date communications for staff and visitors. Administrative SupportAssist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.Maintain accurate and confidential student and staff records.Support the preparation and distribution of letters, newsletters, and staff bulletins.Minute meetings and circulate action points as required.Provide ad hoc administrative support to the School Business Manager, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and other departments.️ Business & General AdministrationMaintain secure records, keys, and codes.Support licence renewals, vehicle compliance, and subscription management.Help with appraisal and training administration.Maintain COSHH and specific risk assessment registers.Assist with preparation for Ofsted inspections and internal audits. What We’re Looking For:Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or administrative role.Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner.Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems.Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.Experience in a school or care setting (desirable).
