What You Will Do:
- Compile and organise contract files, ensuring customer data and specifications are meticulously reviewed.
- Schedule project programmes, create and maintain detailed timing plans.
- Coordinate with design engineers and manage contract variations seamlessly.
- Prepare quotations, risk assessments, and method statements for site installations.
- Manage resources, including subcontractors and direct labour, to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Develop project specifications, conduct value engineering exercises, and oversee P&L accountability.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a project or contracts manager in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of heating, chilled water, chiller, and AHU installations.
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to price project variations effectively.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
