Are you a strategic, values-driven leader with a passion for delivering life-changing support services?

Torus is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Group Head of Support Network to lead our Older People’s Services, Supported
Housing, Domestic Abuse and Safeguarding provision. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the operational and strategic direction of
our Support Network, ensuring vulnerable people receive high-quality, joined-up, and empowering services across our communities.

As Group Head of Support Network, you will lead the following key areas:

* Supported Housing: Oversee the delivery of extra care, sheltered housing, homeless hostels, and specialist supported housing

* Older People’s Services: Shape and enhance our offer for older residents, delivering inclusive, responsive support aligned to
strategic goals.
* Domestic Abuse & Safeguarding: Ensure safe, compliant, and trauma-informed services that prioritise protection and wellbeing,
working in close partnership with commissioners and safeguarding teams.

This is an important role in which you will:

* Operational Excellence: Deliver high-performing, contractually compliant services that improve lives and demonstrate measurable
outcomes.
* Strategic Development: Support the Managing Director of Housing in shaping and delivering strategies for older people and
supported housing services.
* Service Transformation: Lead change initiatives that deliver value for money, continuous improvement, and integrated working
with voluntary and statutory partners.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with commissioners, funders, local authorities, and internal teams
to drive joined-up, person-centred services.
* Leadership: Inspire and empower multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellence, modelling Torus values and behaviours.
* Safeguarding & Compliance: Take lead responsibility for safeguarding within the service, ensuring full compliance with
legislation and best practice across all areas.

To be successful in this role you will:

* Have a proven track record in leading operational housing support or care services at a senior level.
* Experience of managing risk, compliance, and strategic service delivery across complex multi- agency environments.
* Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, with a commitment to collaboration.
* Excellent understanding of safeguarding frameworks, supported housing funding models, and regulatory requirements.
* Passionate about social impact and improving outcomes for vulnerable people.
* Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and delivering value for money.
* Experience in governance and reporting to Boards or executive teams.
* Able to lead transformation with a focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Hold a CIH level 5 or be willing to work towards.

Interview Process:

* Candidates will undergo a two-stage interview process, including a competency-based first interview, followed by a second stage
featuring a presentation element and psychometric testing.
