Role
Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom environment, and supporting the individual learning needs of your students. You will collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the school.
Main tasks include- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and collaboration.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and support student learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student achievements and progress.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting.
- Passionate about education and committed to supporting student learning.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of diverse learners.
- Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for primary education.
- Experience planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Ability to use various assessment methods to track student progress.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
